On 17 February during this working trip to the United Arab Emirates the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in work of the International Defense Exhibition IDEX-2025 held at the largest exhibition complex ADNEC in Abu-Dhabi.

On 17 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to the United Arab Emirates where he will take part in the International Defense Exhibition IDEX-2025 in Abu-Dhabi.

On 15 February at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov told about work of a delegation from the republic in Saudi Arabia on 12-13 February which took part in the 13 Conference of Ministers of Culture of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and said: ”The Conference has taken a decision to nominate Kazan as a cultural capital of the Islamic world in 2026. It is a big event and we congratulate all those who took part in this work.” 

On 15 February, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund of “The Institute of the development of Tatarstam Cities” Nailya Zinnatullina informed about the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.

On 15 February in his address dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of Russians who performed their official duties outside the Fatherland, Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin congratulated residents of the republic with the event celebrated in Russia on 15 February and wrote:

On 13 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a resulting collegium of the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food, which was dedicated to results of the agribusiness work in 2024 and tasks for 2025 and was held at the International Exhibition Center Kazan Expo.

Before the meeting he looked round a specialized exhibition of agribusiness achievements Kazan Agro 2025.

On 13 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended a specialized exhibition of agribusiness achievements Kazan Agro 2025 held at the International Exhibition Center Kazan Expo and dedicated to a resulting collegium of the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

On 12 February, speaking at his meeting with the Secretary General of the OIC Hissein Brahim Taha in Jeddah, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “You are well-known in Russia as an authoritative representative of the influential Organization uniting Muslim countries and with which we closely interact,” and once again congratulated his interlocutor with the 55th anniversary of the Organization which took place in September last year. 

On 12 February during his working trip to Jeddah the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Doctor Salim bin Mohammed Almalik. 

On 12 February, welcoming participants of the XIII Conference of Ministers of Culture of the Islamic world in Jeddah from more than 50 countries, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Russia traditionally has close and trustworthy relations with Islamic countries both bilaterally and within the cooperation with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
