On March 12, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov visited Kazan State Energy University, where he had a meeting with its Rector Edvard Abdullazyanov and students of the Institute of Digital Technologies of the university.

On March 12, the State Counselor of Tatarstan, the Hero of Labour of Russia Mintimer Shaimiev accompanied by the Head of Zelenodolsk region Mikhail Afanasyev, the Director General of the Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation Renat Mistakhov and Director General of Zelenodolsk Shipbuilding Plant Aleksander Filippov visited Zelenodolsk Shipbuilding Plant after Gorky.

On March 12, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Tatarstan Minister of Youth Rinat Sadykov and Head of Almetyevsk region Timur Nagumanov visited the renovated youth center “Factory of Creative Processes” in Almetyevsk.

At a briefing in the Tatarstan Government House held with participation of the Head of the Federal State Enterprise “The Federal Directorate of Auto Roads of the Volga-Vyatka region” Ildar Mingazov, the Director of the State Enterprise Glavtatdortrans Eduard Danilov, the Deputy Head in Improvements of the Kazan Executive Committee Igor Kulyazhev and the Head of the Naberezhnyye Chelny Executive Committee Farid Salaknov, the Minister of Transport and Road Economy of the republic Farit Khanifov informed that 8.2bn rubles, including 2.4bn from the federal and 5.87bn from the regional budgets, will be allocated  on implementation of the national project of “Safe and quality roads” in Tatarstan in 2024.

On March 12, during his working visit to Almetyevsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new receiving and diagnostic department of the Central Regional Hospital.

On 11 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Kirill Lysogorskiy, the Director General of the Technodinamika Company Igor Nasenkov and the Director General of the Kazan State Gunpowder Plant Aleksandr Livshits, visited the plant and talked to its employees.

On 11 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , the Head of the Republic of Komi Vladimir Uyba, the Director General of the State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) Yevgeniy Ditrikh and the Director General of the Kazan Helicopter Plant Hikolay Yakovlev took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in symbolic keys from five new MI-8MTB-1 helicopters manufactured by the Kazan Plant to the State Transport Leasing Company.

On March 11, speaking at a meeting with the employees of the Kazan Helicopter Plant, which was held on the eve of a solemn ceremony of handing in five new MI-8MTB-1 helicopters to operating organizations, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the Kazan Helicopter Plant is one of the largest aircraft manufacturing enterprises in the country and one of the main calling cards of Tatarstan. He said that the full cycle of helicopter creation is implemented here: from development and serial production to after-sales support and staff training.

On March 11, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Chairman of the Board – Director General of SIBUR Holding Mikhail Karisalov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Director General of SIBUR-RT Ayrat Safin visited the production facilities of SIBUR in Kazan, where he looked around the SIBUR Expert Business Support Center, which is operating in a reconstructed and renovated building near the territory of Kazanorgsintez, and is the first facility in the SIBUR Business District.

On 10 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Aid to the Russian President Igor Levitin, who is also the First Vice-President of the Russian Olympics Committee and the Head of Saby region Rais Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of closing the international tennis table competitions and XXII open personal-team regional tennis table competitions held from 7 to 10 March in the settlement of Bogatyye Saby in Tatarstan.
