On 9 February at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais ( the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working trip to the city,  and the Russian Presidential envoy in the Central Federal District Igor Schegolev  discussed issues of inter-regional cooperation and prospects of implementation of joint projects in various spheres of economy.

They also shared their opinions about implementation of federal programs and national projects. The Presidential envoy told about main social and economic outcomes of the district and the most important tasks the regions of the Central Federal District are to solve.

On 9 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by videoconference a took part in a meeting of the supervisory council of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives held by Russian President Vladimir Putin and dedicated to summarizing results of the Agency work in 2022 and its plans for 2023, including implementation of the social initiatives and the programmes of training specialists for achieving technological sovereignty.

On February 8, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Ambassador of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to Russia Sin Hong Chol discussed issues of further development of mutually beneficial relations under the Russian-Korean cooperation.

On 8 February in the morning the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited facilities of the Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Later the same day Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Rector of Kazan Federal University Lenar Safin, the President of Regional Academy of Sciences Makzyum Salakhov and other officials took part in a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the Day of Russian Science held at the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences. Prior to the meeting, the guests walked round an exposition organized by the State Service of Cultural Heritage of Tatarstan and the Tatars, the Institute of Applied Semiotics, the University of Talents and other institutions.

On 8 February the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to the regional Government to organize work in providing humanitarian aid for residents of Turkey, who suffered from the strongest earthquake. Regional Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleeva is responsible for this issue from the Government and together with the General Consul of Turkey in Kazan she will coordinate work of enterprises and organizations of the republic in collecting essential supplies.

The Government also has opened a special account for those who want to help.

On 7 February at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Supervisory Natural Resources Management Service Svetlana Radionova, who came to Kazan to take part in an expanded meeting of the Volga-Kama Inter-regional Department of the Service, discussed issues of further interaction, including those in environmental protection and management of natural resources.

On 7 February the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Chairman, the head of the GASPROM Department Vitaliy Markelov, who came on a working trip to Kazan, visited mechanical assembly operations, assembly and other shops of the Kazankompressormash Company.

On 6 February in the Cultural Center Art Space of Innopolis Tatarstan  Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Head of the Verkhniy Uslon region of the republic Marat Ziatdinov, the Prosecutor of Verkhniy Uslon region Vasiliy Egorov, members of the city council and its residents took part in a summarizing meeting of the Innopolis city council.

On February 6, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Rais (the Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ambassador of Libya to the Russian Federation Emhemed A.E. Almaghrawi discussed the issues of long-term cooperation under the Russian-Libyan relations, the implementation of a number of projects, as well as mutual cooperation.

On February 6, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Rais (the Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan  Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of Discover Events, President of the Association of Organizers of International Exhibitions of Turkey Yunus Ete, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan on February 6-7, discussed further cooperation.
