Aleksey Frolov: Collection of utility payments in May made 101.3 per cent

On 3 July, speaking at a videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the First Deputy  Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector of the republic Aleksey Frolov informed about payments of population for utility services, arrears of enterprises and organizations for provided energy resources and the preparation to the coming heating season.

He said that average yearly payments made 99.4 per cent which is by 0.6 per cent higher than last year, with e-payments having reached 72.6 per cent.

Aleksey Frolov reported that the gas arrears amounted to 251m rubles by 1 June 2023, which was by 57m rubles less than during the same period last year. As for the electricity debts, they decreased by 8m rubles and made 48 m, he said.

Having informed that heat supply arrears of the managing organizations  were nearly 254m rubles as of July 1 of the current year, Aleksey Frolov  informed about preparations of boiler plants to the new heating season.
