On March 6, Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Moscow, took part in a meeting on the issues of the implementation of the state programme of the Russian Federation «Development of the military-industrial complex» at the Kazan Aircraft Plant named after Gorbunov - branch of Tupolev Construction Bureau and further development of production facilities and implementation of state defense order.

On 4 March a meeting, held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by video conference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhamrtshin and the First regional Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatulln, discussed the epizootic situation in the republic.

On 4 March at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by video conference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the First regional Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatulln, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that the yearly plan of housing construction has been fulfilled by 33 per cent with 1m 28 000 square meters already commissioned in the republic.

On March 3, at their meeting, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Tajikistan Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation.

On March 2, during his working visit to Dushanbe, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov spoke at the plenary session on the 9th conference on interregional cooperation “Business and Investment Partnership between Russia and Tajikistan”, where about 500 companies from Russia and Tajikistan were represented.

On March 2, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Tajikistan, was met by Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan Sulaimon Ziyozoda, Minister of Industry of the republic Sherali Kabir and Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan Semyon Grigoryev at the International Airport in Dushanbe.

On 1 March, speaking at a collegium of the Tatarstan Ministry of Youth Affairs, which summarized results of the Ministry’s work in 2023 and set forth tasks for 2023 and was held in Kazan with participation of the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency on Youth Affairs Damir Fattakhov and the Russian Deputy Presidential envoy in the Volga Federal District Oleg Mashkovtsev (who joined the meeting by a video conference) , the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov said  that youth policy has always been and is a priority in our work and Tatarstan is one of the leaders of the country in efficiency of its implementation.

On 1 March, speaking at a collegium of the Tatarstan State Committee on Bioresources, which summarized results of the Committee’s work in 2022 and set forth tasks for 2023, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin said that one can hardly overestimate work of the Committee in provision of biological diversity and favourable living environment for residents of the republic as Tatarstan is the industrially developed region with high anthropogenic load on the ecosystems.
