On July 4, at a briefing in the House of the Government of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Ilsur Khadiullin and heads of regional universities had a meeting with media representatives and summed up the results of the Unified State Examination and also talked about the admission campaign to universities.
According to preliminary data, in Tatarstan, the average score of the exam on one of the main subjects – the Russian language amounted to 72.01 - this is higher than the average Russian index by more than 3.5 points, Khadiullin said. In profile mathematics, the average score reached 62.53, which is almost 7 points higher than all-Russian average.
The Minister said that on June 20, the admission campaign started in Russian universities. In Tatarstan, as many as 45 higher education institutions carry out admission of applicants.
