On June 15, speaking at a meeting with Chairman of the Board of the Bank “Russia” Mikhail Klishin held on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the regional network established by the bank allows to provide a wide range of financial services. Today there is one branch in the republic. “I am sure that further development of the bank’s network will allow you to strengthen positions. The bank is actively working with a number of industrial enterprises of the republic», Minnikhanov said.

On June 15, at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Republic of Karelia Artur Parfenchikov disscussed issues of strengthening interregional cooperation. They noted that the volume of mutual trade is about 1.5 billion roubles. Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that it is important to work out new areas of cooperation in order not to reduce the momentum. The cooperation between Tatarstan and Karelia is based on the agreement signed in 2014. Today Tatarstan supplies trucks and cars, buses, diesel fuel, food, medical equipment, medicines, tires to Karelia. In turn Karelia brings building materials and paper products.

On June 15, at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, CEO of «R1» Company Dmitry Reutt and Founder of the Group of Companies «BROZEX» Vyacheslav Brozovsky discussed the implementation of logistics project on the territory of the Tura 2.0 industrial park (Zelenodolsk region of Tatarstan). 

On 15 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Republic of Sakha Aysen Nikolayev discussed issues of interregional cooperation and other important topics. 
During the meeting Aysen Nikolayev proposed to consider possibility of organizing a federal Sabantuy in Sakha.

On 15 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  took part in a ceremony of signing an MOI between the Government of the Republic of Sakha and the Tupolev Company (which is the part on the Rostech State Corporation)  signed by the Head of the Republic of Sakha Aysen Nikolayev and the Managing Director of the Tupolev Company Vadim Korolev and which is aimed at development of cooperation for increasing the transport accessibility of the region and providing air transportation. 

On 15 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Director General of MegaFon Telecommunications Company Khachatur Pombukhchan. The MegaFon is one of the main partners of Tatarstan with 1.8m subscribers and provided mobile communication during the World Summer Universiade 2012, the Worldskills 2019 Championship and other important events hosted by Kazan. 

On 15 June at his meeting with the Head of the Republic of Tuva Vladislav Khovalyg on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked him for attention paid to strengthening interaction with Tatarstan. He reminded that he visited Tuva in 2016 and Vladislav Khovalyg came to Tatarstan in autumn 2022 when they signed an agreement on cooperation between their republics.

On 15 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Acting of Governor of Smolensk region Vasiliy Anokhin signed an agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and the region.
Before the signing ceremony the parties discussed important issues of inter-regional interaction and Rustam Minnikhanov set forth an initiative to exchange an experience in the spheres of state governance, investments activity and others. 

 

On 15 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Stavropol region Vladimir Vladimirov signed an agreement on cooperation between the republic and region. 

Speaking at the meeting before the procedure, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the trade turnover between two regions makes about 3.5bn rubles with Tatarstan supplying to Stavropol trucks, petrochemical products and tyres and importing medications, fertilizers and mineral water from Stavropol. 

On 14 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the China National Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd (CNCEC) He Gen Dai discussed issues of ramping up mutually beneficial cooperation. 
Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the republic already has good history of relations with the CNCEC and reminded about joint project of Ammonia in Mendeleyevsk.
