Rustam Minnikhanov meets Rector of Russian State University of Justice Vladimir Kulakov

On 23 October at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Rector of Russian State University of Justice Vladimir Kulakov discussed issues of cooperation with the university in training specialists and retraining of the magistrates and employees of magistrates’ offices.

Vladimir Kulakov came on a working trip to Kazan to take part in the events of the research and training conference “Constitutionalization of justice under the conditions of transformation of Russian legal system: common theoretical and branch aspects”.
