On 25 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian First Deputy Minister of Justice Yevgeniy Zabarchuk and Russian Deputy Minister of Justice Oleg Sviridenko discussed issues of interaction of the republic with the Russian Ministry of Justice in a number of spheres including the implementation of the project “The Justice Quarters”.

On 25 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Autonomous Institution “Main Department of State Expertise” Igor Manylov discussed issues of interaction in implementation of a number of large projects in Tatarstan and other important issues.

On 24 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part (by the videoconference format) in a meeting of the Council by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District held by the Envoy Igor Komarov in Nizhniyy Novgorod.

On 24 July, speaking at a meeting of Financial, Treasury and Tax bodies of Tatarstan in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov gave a number of errands.

After the regional Minister of Finance Radik Gayzatullin reported about implementation of the consolidated budget of the republic, the Head of the Federal Tax Service Department  in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin told about work of tax bodies in the first six months of the current year and the Head of the regional Treasury Department Rustam Nuriakhmetov reported about work of the Treasury, Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to monitor the situation with the profit tax, having reminded that 39 large enterprises have decreased their payments to the budget and nearly 24 per cent of enterprises operate at a loss. “It is important to know the forecast for the enterprises for the nearest months and take measures to support them. Working in the red can be signal of big problems,” he said.

On 24 July, speaking at a meeting of Financial, Treasury and Tax bodies of Tatarstan in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov informed that in the first six months of 2023 the consolidated budget of Tatarstan has received 252b rubles.

On 23 July in the evening the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the events of the festival “Renaissance: epos in modern interpretation” held in Bolgar.

Speaking to participants of the events, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked them for their coming to Bolgar and said that the festival is gaining momentum and ethnic culture becomes more and more popular every year. He thanked all organizes of the festival, saying:”It is hard work.”

On July 23, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and other officials arrived on a working visit in Alkeyevsky region of the republic, where visited workshops for the production of condensed milk of Khuzangayevskoe Company. Since the beginning of the work in April this year, the enterprise produced 123 tonnes of condensed milk.

On July 23, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and Head of Nurlatsky region Damir Ishkineev arrived on a working visit in Nurlatsky municipal region of Tatarstan, where he got acquainted with the course of harvesting campaign and looked around a number of facilities of the region.

On August 18, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Alekseevsky, Nurlatsky and Alkeevsky regions of the republic to get acquainted with the grain harvesting progress in the fields of the region.

On 22 July the State Counselor of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the regional Revival Fund and the UNESCO Good Will Ambassador, took part in events of the international festival “Renaissance: epos in modern interpretation” , which he opened in the Bolgar Museum-Reserve a week ago.
