Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates workers and old stagers of automobile and city public transport with their professional holiday

On 28 October, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated workers and old stagers of automobile and city public transport branch with their professional holiday.  

“Tomorrow, on 29 October representatives of various professions such as drivers, mechanics, engineers, designers and workers of branch enterprises and organizations are celebrating their professional holiday. It is a very important branch and from the bottom of my heart I congratulate everyone with it,” Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.

He said that during nine months of the current year transport enterprises of the republic carried more than 291m people and about 160m tonne-kilometers of cargo. 

“Today the branch is facing very important tasks including implementation of new logistic routes, provision of transportation safety and efficiency and high service culture”’ the Rais of the republic said and reminded that in the current year the republic has been implementing a large programme of purchasing more than 400 buses.
