On August 29, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mikhametshin visited the exhibition of recreated traditional clothes «Kazan Volga Region: Images of Folk Culture» in the Kazan Kremlin Chambers.

On August 28, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIBUR Company Leonid Mikhelson and Director General of Kazanorgsintez Chemical Company Ayrat Safin and other officials took part in the ceremony of commissioning the isopropylbenzene synthesis plant, which underwent a large-scale modernization. The raw materials produced entirely by the enterprise itself are the first half-product in the polycarbonate processing chain.

On August 28, during his working visit to rural town of Bogatye Saby, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Head of Saby region of the republic Rais Minnikhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and Advisor to the Director General of the  Gazprom Social Initiatives Fund Nikolay Kuzmichev took part in the opening of a new building of the equestrian complex, which was built in 2014 with the support of the Gazprom for Children programme.

On August 28, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of Saby region Rais Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to Saby municipal region of the republic.

On August 28, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Assistant Minister of EMERCOM of Russian Federation Daniil Martynov discussed the current activities of the Ministry, measures to prevent the occurrence and development of emergencies in Tatarstan.

On 27 August the Sviyazhsk Hills golf club held a ceremony of opening the XIII Tatarstan Rais Charitable Golf Cup tournament organized with the support of the Fund “Family Together”. 

On 26 August, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Leninogorsk municipal region to take part in celebrations of the 80th birthday of oil production in the republic and 75th anniversary of opening the Romashkino oil deposit, visited a number of social facilities  in the city.

On 26 August, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Leninogorsk municipal region to take part in celebrations of the 80th birthday of oil production in the republic and 75th anniversary of opening the Romashkino oil deposit, accompanied by the Head of the region Ryagat Khusainov and representatives of the oil industry visited the memorial complex “The Well N1”, which was the first oil production well in the republic commissioned on 9 September 1943,  and had a meeting with old-stagers.

On 25 August, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov reported that by the results of the first half of 2023 the amount of agricultural Gross product made about 107bn rubles.

On 25 August, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of the programme of capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi-apartment houses in the republic.
