On 1 August, speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Chairman of the State Committee of the republic on bioresources Fedor Batkov reported that every year about 400 administrative violations on average at specially protected areas are detected and from 60 to 80 criminal cases are opened in the republic.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the Northern capital is first of all the cultural and historic potential as well as the high industrial potential of one of the leading entities of the country.

On July 26, the President of Senegal Macky Sall accompanied by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the industrial potential of Nizhnekamsk municipal region of the republic and visited the enterprises of the petrochemical complex of Tatarstan in Nizhnekamsk, in particular, was shown the production capacity of Kama Tyres Company, one of the largest Russian tire complexes, which includes several enterprises, its own scientific and technical center, a wide range of models of cars, light cargo, cargo and special tires, as well as tires for ATVs.
