On 24 August during his working trip to Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) and had a meeting with students form the republic. 

On 23 August during his working trip to Mendeleyevsk region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan took part in a ceremonial opening the new public space with domed pavilion located on Burmistrov Street in Mendeleyevsk.

On 23 August during his working trip to Mendeleyevsk region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan had a walk along the pedestrian Internationalists Boulevard, where the head of the Fund “Institute of Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina told him that the boulevard is the main transit for residents of the city from the south of the city to its residential zones.

On 23 August during his working trip to Mendeleyevsk region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan visited a number of industrial sites.

Thus Rustam Minnikhanov and people accompanying him got acquainted with manufacture of car cables by the TDBlick Company and the car cables assembly line organized by the project «Work place nearby your home”.

On 23 August during his working trip to Mendeleyevsk region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan visited the military commissariat which underwent capital overhaul by 20 August with the total cost of the work of 47.6m rubles.

On 22 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Council on strategic development and national projects held by Russian President Vladimir Putin. 

Speaking at the meeting, Vladimir Putin informed that by results of 2022 Russia was included into the top five largest economies of the world with its GNP having grown by 4.9 per cent in the second quarter of the current year compared to the same period in the previous year.

On 22 August the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding considered a number of innovative project at its meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic.

Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov informed that on 7-8 September the Kazan Expo will host the Russia –China forum and invited everyone to take an active part in it.

On 22 August at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Polymex Company Erol Tabanja discussed issues of further cooperation in the sphere of construction.

On 21 August at the Ceremonial Building of the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tatarstan Fund of Revival of  Monuments of History and Culture, handed in Letters of appreciation from the Regional Revival Fund to participants and organizers of the festival “Renaissance: Epos in modern interpretation”. The festival organized by the regional Ministry of Culture and the Revival Fund  was held on 15-23 July in the Bolgar Museum-Reserve with participation of theatres, creative amalgamations, folks craft masters, craftsmen and designers from regions of Russia, the CIS and Asia.

On 20 August, upon his arrival to the official event dedicated to the public holiday of Hungary – the State Foundation Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was met by the Prime Minister of the country Viktor Orban.
