Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates children invited to the regional children's New Year party with the coming New Year

On 25 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated with the coming New Year children invited to the regional children's New Year party held in the Tatneft Arena.

Before the concert programme Rustam Minnikhanov met the Kamashevs family, who won the competition of “The successful family of Volga region” and talked to activists of youth amalgamations of the republic.

Speaking to children from the stage, the Rais of the republic reminded that every year the regional children's New Year party brings together thousands of brightest and most gifted children from all over the republic on the eve of the most beloved holiday – the New Year.

“We-adults-love you and are proud of you. We are trying to do everything for you to grow up happy, healthy and descent people. You have the future of our Motherland in your hands. By your knowledge, work and talent you are making your contribution into development and prosperity of our country and the republic,” he said.

Rustam Minnikhanov also reminded that for 11th year in the row the republic ranks the third in the number of winners of the All Russia School Subjects Olympics and informed that 2024 will be the Year of Scientific and Technological development in the republic and the Year of the Family in Russia.

“The family is the main value of any society. It is the most precious thing we have, our support and help. Happy New Year, dear friends!” he concluded in Russian and Tatar languages.
