Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates the male volleyball club Zenith-Kazan with winning the Russia Volleyball Cup-2023

On 26 December in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov commended the team of the male volleyball club Zenith-Kazan, which won the Russia Volleyball Cup-2023.

“It is a great pleasure for me to meet you again. Your success which made us happy is your another bright victory in the Russia Cup which you have won for 12 times. You have shown the highest sports mastery, team spirit and belief in victory. We were watching your performance attentively and are sincerely happy with this achievement. We are proud of you, well done,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

He also emphasized that due to achievements of our professional clubs volleyball gets an impetus for further development and becomes more popular in Tatarstan. “Players of your team are idols for many of our girls and boys,” he said.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that it goes without saying that this success is the result of the continuous effort of the whole team and thanked the team administration, players, coaches and the administration of the volleyball federation of the republic.

Then he handed in the Letter of Gratitude from the Rais of Tatarstan to the Zenith-Kazan team, .which is its turn gave Rustam Minnikhabov a memorial medal and a volley ball.
