Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a ceremony of passing new cars to Tatarstan cultural organizations

On 26 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of passing 50 new cars to Tatarstan cultural organizations held on a square in front of the National library of the republic. 

He thanked employees from the sphere of culture for their work. “You are real leaders of your profession. May these cars be a small gift on the New-Year’s eve,” he said.
