Rustam Minnikhanov looks round the Christmas tree in the yard of the government agencies in the Kazan Kremlin

On 25 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended the Christmas tree in the yard of the government agencies in the Kazan Kremlin, the performance around which will open a number of New Year’s events for children, such as music evenings, reading of fairy tales by Kazan actors, running plays and excursions.

Today the children watched a musical programme and were entertained by animators.
