On 17 November, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to 100th anniversary of the establishment of community policemen service, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that being one of the oldest and most important units of the internal law-enforcement bodies, the community policemen service makes a substantial contribution into strengthening of the public order. 

He emphasized that for this hundred year’s period the service has passed a difficult path and underwent numerous changes. “Even though the form and the names of the service changed the essence has always remained the same – a community policeman has been and still is the important link between the police and population,” the Head of the regional Government pointed out. 

On November 16, at the Korston Recreation and Culture Center in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a solemn event in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Chief Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan.

On 16 November at a ceremony held in front of the Korston Recreation and Culture Center in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin handed in keys from 30 new LADA Niva Travel service cars to specialists of the state veterinary service of the republic.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Head of the regional Government emphasized that due to the well-coordinated work of the whole agricultural complex, an important part of which the veterinary service is, Tatarstan is still one of the leading regions of the country in development of agriculture.

On November 15, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a solemn opening ceremony of the seventh stage of the M-12 Vostok express highway in Tatarstan.

The seventh stage was built in record time - the work started in April 2021 and were completed in November this year.

As many as 35 artificial structures, including a wildlife crossing, ecoduc, 21 overpasses and 12 bridges have been built on the road section.

On 15 November, during his working trip to China, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited production facilities of the Chinese BYD Automaker Company, which is a conglomerate of production of cars, car batteries and electronics and is in the list of the largest public companies of the world “Forbes Global 2000”. It has four industrial sites in Shenzhen, Sian, Shanghai and Beijing.

On 15 November, during their visit to Shenzhen, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and a delegation from the republic visited the production facilities of the Shenzhen Hynovation Technologies Company, which develops and manufactures fuel cells, electro-chemical generators and is the Chairman of the Shenzhen Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Association. In addition the company actively designs such components as an air compressor, ejector and fuel cells monitoring systems for their own use.

On 15 November, during the visit of a delegation from the republic to the China HI-TECH Fair, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Vice-Mayor of Shenzhen Wang Shourui. 

In his greeting speech, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “During the last years Russia-China relations have achieved an unprecedented level. Our cooperation is an example of how inter-state relations should be built in the modern world.” 

On 15 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening the China HI-TECH Fair in Shenzhen, which is one of the largest exhibition events in South-East Asia, with about 1000 enterprises displaying latest developments in AI, digital economy, 5G, IoT, anti-pandemic IT services, big data and others. 

On 15 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit to Shenzhen, China, to take part in a ceremony of opening the China HI-TECH Fair, to meet the province administration and to attend a number of enterprises.

On 14 November, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin has informed that residents of the republic have been send more than 2.2m tax notices according to which they must pay 9.1bn of property taxes which is nearly by 500m more than last year.
