On 24 May at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Russian Book Union Sergey Stepashin , who came to Kazan to take part in events of the festival “The Literature Flagship of Russia” held on 23-25 May, issued further steps in strengthening business connections, development of the book industry market and measures for making reading more popular.

On 24 May Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  and the Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council Yuri Kamaltynov  took part in a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic on the results of 2023-2024 heating season held  by the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House in Kazan.

On 24 May, speaking at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic on the results of 2023-2024 heating season held with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council Yuri Kamaltynov, the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin said: ”Due to well-coordinated work of municipalities and the housing utilities and energy enterprises the preparation to the heating season of 2023-2024 was done as planned.

On 24 May at their meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian First Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection Olga Batalina discussed issues of further cooperation of the Ministry with the republic at the regional level, labour market and interaction in the sphere of social protection.

On 23 May in the Nizhnekamskneftekhim Company Directorate building, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the SIBUR Director General Mikhail Karisalov held a meeting on issues of further development of the production. 

On 23 May, during his visit to the Nizhnekamskneftekhim manufacturing complex which is a part on the SIBUR Company, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the SIBUR Director General Mikhail Karisalov, who accompanied him, got acquainted with implementation of new investments projects, namely the EP-600 and a mechanical plant. 

On 23 May, speaking at a solemn lineup on the occasion of the school graduation ceremony for students of the Innopolis Lyceum, which teaches gifted schoolchildren from all over Russia, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov stated that Innopolis is a unique platform for the development and realization of the lyceum graduates.

On 22 May in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleeva had a meeting with participants of the International Turkic Literature Festival after Muhammadyar which is held on 21-24 May in Kazan with participation of writers and publishers from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and a number of Russian regions such as Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Dagestan and others. The festival was named after the outstanding Tatar poet, philosopher and public leader Muhammadyar who lived and wrote in Kazan in the first half of the XVI century, and was organized by an initiative of the Chairman of Tatarstan Union of Writers Rakil Zaydullin supported by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

On 22 May in Moscow, speaking at his meeting with the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who came to Russia on the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “The Russian Federation attaches big importance to interaction with Bahrain. Our country considers the Kingdom to be an important trade-economic and investments partner in the Middle East.” 

On 22 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended a solemn ceremony of the summary round of the VI Family Tree Festival “The echo of centuries in history of a family,” held in the Tatar State Academic Theatre after G.Kamal in Kazan.
