On 13 July, speaking at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov reported about situation with the crops, readiness of harvesting complex and forage conservation work.

On 12 July in Almetyevsk the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tzivilev took part in a solemn ceremony of opening the X Regional Open Field Subject Olympiad of young geologists organized at the Solnechny (Sunny) children’s recreation camp. 

On 12 July, during their working trip to Almetyevsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tzivilev visited the renovated Lyceum №1 after Tagirov which teaches nearly one thousand students. 

On 12 July at their meeting in Almetyevsk the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tzivilev and the participants of the V International Oil and Gas Youth Forum discussed issues of supporting young scientists, developing the human capital of the fuel and energy complex, expanding industrial cooperation of Russia with friendly countries and prospects of alternative energetics.

On July 12, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev took part in the plenary discussion of the Tatarstan Oil Summit, which was devoted to the issue of development of the fuel and energy complex of Russia until 2050.

On 12 July at their meeting on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil Summit in Almetyevsk, ecological volunteers and winners of the Young Ecologists Subject Olympics told the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tzivilev about their participation in projects of environmental friendliness, rational use of resources and developing ecological responsibility with young people.

On 12 July upon their arrival to Almetyevsk where they came on a working trip to take part in the Tatarstan Oil Summit, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tzivilev looked round the Karakuz Montessori kindergarten for 60 children and dormitories of the Higher Oil School. 

On 11 July in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with the Russian government official Vladimir Shevchenko, the former Chief Protocol Officer of Russian President and the former Counselor to the Russian President.

On 11 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the administration of the Fuel Division of the Rosatom Corporation discussed issues of further interaction including that in the development and the use of additive technologies in the republic.

On 10 July at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Emergencies Minister Aleksandr Kurenkov , who came to Kazan to take part in a meeting of Heads of Emergencies Ministries of BRICS countries , held with participation of representatives from Ethiopia, China, Belarus and the UAE,  discussed current work of the fire and rescue brigade of Tatarstan and issues related to the improvement of the system for prevention and mitigation of emergencies in the republic.
