Tatarstan President and the CEO of the Coşkunöz Holding have discussed issues of cooperation

On 9 November, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the Coşkunöz Holding (Turkey) A. Erdem Acay discussed issues of further development of cooperation and future promising joint projects.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Turkey is one of the leading foreign partners of Tatarstan and a significant number of joint projects are being implemented in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Alabuga. Thus, in 2014 Coşkunöz Company opened a large plant producing auto body parts in the SEZ and in May 2018 the COSKUNOZ ALABUGA together with the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works Company launched production of steel parts for automotive industry.
