On 28 October, speaking at his meeting with the Head of the Federal State Statistics Service (Posstat) Sergey Gaskin in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that statistics is a key management tool for the development of the country and its regions. Tatarstan attaches great attention to the quality of data collection and analysis and actively introduces digital technologies which ensure high speed of information processing and its accuracy, he said.

On 28 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Head of the Federal State Statistics Service Sergey Galkin welcomed participants of the XVI meeting of heads of national statistics services of BRICS countries.

On 28 October in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with heads of small oil companies of the republic, where its participants discussed results of their work for nine months of the current year and tasks till the end of 2024.

On 26 October, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin has reported that the total plan of the housing commissioning in the republic has been completed by 93 per cent with 2m 921 thousand square meters commissioned.

On October 25, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin had a meeting with the head of the Presidential Administration of Mongolia Gombojavyn Zandanshatar, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan and to participate in the BRICS Summit.

On 24 October during his visit to the BRICS Summit in Kazan, the President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko accompanied by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the produce of Kazan Helicopter Plant.  

On October 24, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the 16th BRICS Summit in the BRICS Plus/Outreach format, which brought together leaders from CIS countries, delegations for Asian, African, Middle Eastern and Latin American countries, as well as the executive heads of several international organizations.

On October 24, Chinese President Xi Jinping has completed his working visit to Tatarstan, where he took part in the events of the BRICS summit.
