On 8 November a meeting of members of the Association of Economic Interaction of Russia “Association of Innovative Regions of Russia” (AIRR) held in Moscow with participation of the Deputy Chief of Russian President’s Office Maksim Oreshkin, the Head of the Ministry of the Economic Development of Russia Maksim Reshetnikov and the Minister of Education and Science of the country Valeriy Falkov discussed important issues related to the AIRR activity and its further development.

On November 8, in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the forum "Technological Leadership: Business, Science and the State", which was organized by " Delovaya Rossiya" and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR). The event is aimed at expanding the work of authorities and businesses in the field of innovative development of regions, and improving business management in the regions in the field of high technologies. The Chairman of the All-Russian state organization "Delovaya Rossiya" Andrey Repik became the moderator of the session.

On 8 November in the Ceremonial Hall of the Russian Internal Ministry for Tatarstan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn meeting dedicated to the Day of the Internal Affairs Officers of Russia annually held on 10 November.

On 7 November at his meeting with the Akim of Abay region of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uranhaev  in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked his guest for holding Days of Culture of Abay region and an exhibition dedicated to great names in history of Kazankstan “Love all humankind as your brother…” organized in the Kazan Kremlin.

On 7 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Akim of Abay region of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uranhaev visited an exhibition dedicated to great names in history of Kazankstan “Love all humankind as your brother…” organized in the Kazan Kremlin by the state historical-cultural and literary-memorial museum-reserve “Zhidebay Borily” during Days of Culture of Abay region.

On November 7, at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, industry leaders and veterans took part in the solemn event dedicated to the Day of the Worker of Agriculture and Processing Industry.

On 6 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Federal Government Agency Volgo-Vyatskupravtodor Ildar Mingazov inspected the work progress on construction of the bypass road of Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnyye Chelny and drove along the new road. 

On 6 November at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the Russian Tennis Federation Shamil Tarpischev discussed issues of the development of tennis in the republic and improvement of the tennis sports infrastructure.

On 5 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service for the republic Eduard Khialeev visited penitentiary facilities located in Kazan, namely pretrial detention centers 1 and 2 and got acquainted with construction progress of a new detention center with the capacity of 1000 people to be commissioned in Kazan in 2025.
