On 25 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated with the coming New Year children invited to the regional children's New Year party held in the Tatneft Arena.

Before the concert programme Rustam Minnikhanov met the Kamashevs family, who won the competition of “The successful family of Volga region” and talked to activists of youth amalgamations of the republic.

On 25 December at the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in state awards of Russia and the republic to 53 residents of the republic. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Tatarstan is the basic region of the Russian Federation., bringing to live large scale investment, social and economic and infrastructural projects. “Under current conditions we have managed to ensure the growth of main economic results. We highly appreciate comprehensive support and help from our President Vladimir Putin and the Government of the country. It goes without saying that everyone who is sitting in this room today is making his or her substantial contribution into development of our republic,” he said. 

On 23 December, reporting about current operational fire situation at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic, the Deputy Head of the Chief Fire Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in Tatarstan Konstantin Chanyshev informed that in the current year there have been 4 798 fires killing 134 people, which was by 11 per cent more than during the same period last year.

On 23 December at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a number of errands to officials of the republic and reminded that the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the coming 2024 as the Year of the Family.

On 22 December, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of putting into operation of three new TANEKO Refinery installations, namely the nitrogen station, the air compressor installation of amine treatment and steam distillation of acid wastewater and water unit N4.

On 22 December during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk , the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  opened a new ice palace which comprises an indoors skating rink with artificial ice, a gym and four cloak rooms. The palace also has a medical doctor’s room, procedure room, two rooms for coaches and rooms for judges. 

On 22 December upon his arrival on a working trip to Almetyesvk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the educational-lab edifice of the Higher Oil School campus.

After presentation of the Technological Research Center with the stands dedicated to Petrochemical equipment and Machine-building technologies, Energy Audit and ITS, which demonstrated the existing developments, Rustam Minnikhanov was also shown  the lab of oil and gas production equipment with an interactive table and a lab of machine details and mechanisms and machine theory.

On 24 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov checked the quality of the toll highway Alekseyevskoye – Almetyevsk, which will be 145 kilometers long and is planned to be completed by October 2024.

On 21 December at 1st  May Square in Kazan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhamov met participants of a rally “From the Kremlin to the Kremlin” which opened traffic on the federal speed highway M-12 “East”, coming from Moscow to Kazan.

On 21 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhamov, Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Marat Khusnullin, the Chairman of the Avtodor Company Board Vyacheslav Petushenko and heads of regions took part in launching traffic on the speed highway M12 “East”.
