Rustam Minnikhanov: Atnya region is one of the exemplary in the republic

On 5 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and the Acting Head of the Executive Committee of Atnya region of the republic, came on a working trip to Atnya region where he looked round the fields and got acquainted with the sowing work progress.

He also visited the Tukayevskiy dairy complex which employs 114 people and has 2 4000 cows.

Later the dame day Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with heads of farms and rural settlements of the region, where its Administration reported that the field work in going on as planned and there are enough seeds and agricultural machinery. As of today the sowing work has been completed by 52 per cent, Rustam Minnikhanov was told.

The Minister of Agriculture of the republic stated that practically all farms in the region are equipped with modern machinery and there are about 2 500 heads of livestock at household farms.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked heads of farms for the well-coordinated work and said that all state programmes, which are under implementation in the republic, will continue. “In the whole Atnya region traditionally is one of the exemplary in the republic,” he stated.

In conclusion Rustam Minnikhanov attracted attention to the preparations to celebrations of the Victory Day and asked to hedge every veteran of the Great Patriotic War, participants of the SVO and their families about with care and attention.
