Rustam Minnikhanov meets Azerbaijan Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Abdullah oghlu Mustafaev

On 16 May, speaking at his meeting with the Azerbaijan Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Abdullah oghlu Mustafaev held with participation of the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin on the sidelines of the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Azerbaijan is one industrial partners of the republic and “we attach great attention to our cooperation”.

Addressing his guest, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We welcome you at the Forum and thank you for your attention. Your support is important for us.”

Having told about the agenda of the current Forum, the Rais of the republic  mentioned that Azerbaijan has send a representative delegation to take part in the Forum and also passed words of greeting to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

He also informed his interlocutor that this morning he had a meeting with a delegation from Uzbekistan which takes part in the KazanForum every year.

“We can see those processes that are going on in modern Azerbaijan, can see the development of your economy and borrow your experience. Our people are close in their spirit, religion and language. Welcome to Tatarstan,” Rustam Minnikhanov concluded.
