On 27 November the Rais Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a rural paramedic-midwife station in the village of Anatysh of Rybnaya Sloboda region of the republic, which provides medical care to about 500 regional residents.

On 27 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan RustamMinnikhanov, the Mayor of Naberezhnyye Chelny Nail Magdeev and the Director General of the KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in 44 new Nefaz municipal buses to the city of Naberezhnyye Chelny. Each bus has a capacity of 44 passengers and has a high level of comfort and reliability. 

On 26 November, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov informed that in the current year 83bn rubles will be allocated on road work in the republic, including 9bn from the federal budget and 1.5bn from the municipal road fund. The remaining money will be allocated from the regional budget, the regional Minister said.

On 26 November at their meeting in the Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan, the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Yegorov discussed the development of the efficient system of interaction of the Service with the Government of the republic, creation of conditions for transparent and comfortable business and participation of the republic in a number of taxation projects.

On 25 November at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Deputy Director General of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (RosTrud) Ian Talbatsky discussed issues of interaction of the republic and the Service in ensuring labour rights of citizens and social protection of population.

On 25 November at their meeting in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Deputy Emergencies Minister Ilya Denisov discussed issues of further interaction of the republic and the Russian Ministry, strengthening the basic infrastructure of fire rescue units, in particular procurement and repairs of special machinery and modernization of the firefighting system facilities, and ensuring safety of citizens and the area.

On November 23, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the progress of construction of the M-7 Volga highway on the bypass of Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as the road “Alekseevskoe – Almetyevsk highway as part of the toll road Shali (M-7) – Bavly (M-5). The new direction of the M-7 Volga highway is being built under the national project “Safe high-quality roads”.

The bypass will later become part of the high-speed route Kazan - Yekaterinburg – Tyumen.

On 23 November, speaking at a regular Saturday meeting held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that on the Mother’s Day special attention should be given to mothers of participants of the special military operation, mothers with many children and orphans.

On 23 November, speaking at a regional meeting held by Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the Director of the Fund “Institute of the Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Zinatullina informed that the work by the Our Year programme for 2024 has been completed and reported about plans for the next year.
