Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan and Sevastopol are connected by good partnership relations

On 15 May, speaking at his meeting with the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Pazvozhaev on the sidelines of the KazanForum-2025 at the Kazan International Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that currently Sevastopol is developing actively successfully implementing large scale social, economic and infrastructural projects. “Sevastopol and Tatarstan are connected by good partnership relations. We have laid a good foundation for strengthening business ties,” he said. 

The parties of the meeting agreed to renew their agreement of trade, economic, scientific and technological, social and cultural cooperation signed in 2015 and to develop a road map on its implementation.  

The Rais of Tatarstan stated that there is a huge potential for strengthening contacts in the spheres of energetics, machine-building, IT and high end technologies, medicine and pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, culture and education.

In his turn Mikhail Pazvozhaev thanked Rustam Minnikhanov fo special attention given to cooperation with Sevastopol and highly evaluated achievements of the republic in tourist and hospitality spheres as well as attracting investments. “We will be happy to borrow your experience and best practices,” he said.
