On 13 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended a mobile exposition of scrap deployed at the Millennium Square in Kazan which will be open from 13 to 19 November.

On 13 November at their meeting in St Petersburg the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Gazprom Company Aleksey Miller discussed projects implemented by the Company in the republic.

On November 12, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of Tatarstan, the participants discussed, what the authorities of Tatarstan expect from the 2nd International Forum "ROSTKI", dedicated to cooperation between Russia and China, which will be held in Kazan this week. In addition to the business programme, a fruitful cultural programme is also planned.

On 12 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came to a working trip to Moscow to take part in a strategic session on development of a united plan on achievement of national development goals till 2030 and till 2036 held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin.

On 12 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and heads of road construction organizations get acquainted with work progress of construction of the second part of Voznesenskiy Trakt in Kazan, which started in March 2022.

On 11 November in the beginning of their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Zaporozhye Region Yevgeny Balitsky signed an agreement between the Governments of the republic and the region on cooperation in trade and economic, scientific-technological, cultural and other spheres. 

On November 11, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new production "Aviation Interiors" in the Khimgrad Technopolis, where he looked around the production line and was informed that last year, the implementation of the investment project on technical reequipment of capacities of «Aviation Interiors» Company in the Khimgrad was launched. The project aims to provide an annual supply of at least 20 sets of interiors for SJ-100 and 36 sets for MS-21.

On 11 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Education and Science Ilsur Khadiullin, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and the School Headmaster Rozaliya Koslovskaya visited Kazan School №12 which currently teaches 777 students of various ethnicities employing 49 teachers. 

On 9 November, speaking at a regular Saturday meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to congratulate internal affairs officers and old stagers with their professional holiday in a solemn atmosphere.

On 26 October, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin has reported that the total plan of the housing construction in the republic has been completed by 97 per cent with 3m 57 thousand square meters already commissioned.
