In Moscow Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a meeting of the Governmental Commission for the development of small and average size entrepreneurship

On 19 May in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Governmental Commission for the development of small and average size entrepreneurship (SMEs) held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mihsustin, who in his opening remarks reminded that currently Russia attaches the most important attention to the development of the SMEs.

“The President pays a substantial attention to this sphere. It has become an inseparable part of our economy and one of its main drivers,  helping to shape the competitive environment, ensure employment and strengthen our regions. And  it is not less important that it is in this sphere that disruptive ideas are born which facilitate the progress of the technological movement and shape new branches and even markets,” Mikhail Mishustin said.

He also informed that the task to increase the number of employed in SMEs set forth by the President was over fulfilled and by the results of last year the number exceeded 29.3 million people.
