Rustam Minnikhanov visits Ak Bars youth center in the Crimea

On 2 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Ak Bars Youth Center in the Crimea where he looked round its area and evaluated conditioned created for children’s recreation and education.  “Salat-Ak Bars” is and educational and developing platform which unites young athletes, activists and creative children, the number of participants of which keeps growing every year. By the end of July more than 1 435 children from various regions of Russia have already had their recreation in the camp.

Schoolchildren who have passed a competitive selection can join the shift. The main criteria are achievements in school Olympiads, scientific competitions, high grades in studies. In addition, an important indicator is sports achievements, creative activity and social activities.

Children from the Luhansk People's Republic also have their vacation at the camp as a part of the social support programme.
