Rustam Minnikhanov visits Pestrechinsky region of the republic

On August 10, during his working visit to several regions of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the pace of the harvesting campaign with the active members of the Pestrechinsky municipal region of the republic.

In the village of Koshchakovo, Pestrechinsky municipal region, Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of the active members of the region and agricultural producers. Head of the Pestrechinsky municipal region Rais Suleymanov said that the grain harvesting campaign is proceeding at an active pace. The sown area makes 54.6 thousand hectares. Deputy Prime Minister of the republic -Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported that about 30% of the area has been harvested in the region. He also emphasized that the region recorded an increase in farms in the livestock sector. At the same time, a decrease in private farms has been fixed. In total, the number of cattle in the region is more than 9 thousand.

Minnikhanov emphasized that for work in the area of livestock farming and the growth of private household plots, it is necessary to create feed centers. He also drew attention to the implementation of a number of programs to improve infrastructure, taking into account that residents of the region have questions about the construction of social facilities. Almost one billion roubles will be allocated only for the roads of the region. During his visit, Minnikhanov also got acquainted with the production complex of Kulonenergomash Company and its development plans and the products manufactured by the enterprise.

The company manufactures equipment for reinforced concrete plants and the agricultural industry, steel products and cast iron products, and also designs and manufactures equipment for industrial facilities. In July of this year, the construction of a new foundry shop equipped with modern equipment was completed here.
