On 5 March participants of a meeting of Tatarstan Security Council held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin and head of regional ministries, directorates, cities and regions, discussed measures on  prevention the hazard of hostile drones attavkes, ensuring an efficient population attack warning system and organization of safe shelters for the population in case of emergency.

On 4 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic ,the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Russian Post Mikhail Volkov discussed further development of the regional post network, the improvement of quality and accessibility of services for the population, attraction of labour force and the implementation of the logistics capacity of the republic. 

On March 3, at their meeting in the Kremlin in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov informed Russian President Vladimir Putin about the region's economic development.

On 1 March, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that in the current year it is planned to carry out capital overhaul of 911 multi-apartment houses in 42 municipalities of the republic. He said that the elevators’ replacement will be done in 234 of them and 688 will undergo general construction work.

On 1 March at a regular meeting held in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov called for ramping up efforts to monitor the serviceability of heating systems and gas equipment.

On 1 March at a regular meeting held in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to ensure safety of conducting religious ceremonies and services in places of worship of the republic.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held with heads of small oil companies of the republic held in the Government House of the republic, which discussed results of their work in 2024 and tasks for 2025, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said in 2024 the oil production in Russia amounted to 516m tonnes. “Last year the republic produced 33.84m tonnes with small oil companies share being 6.8m tonnes,” he said. 

On 28 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the XIII All-Russia gathering of entrepreneurs of Tatar villages held at the Korston Recreation Center from 26 to 28 February with participation of more than 900 rural agribusiness entrepreneurs from 46 Russian regions.

On 27 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the  Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov attended the specialized Kazan Truck Expo exhibition opened at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center with participation of more than 130 enterprises from 29 regions of Russia. The exhibition is held as part on the resulting collegium of Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade with main exhibits being car and car components manufactured in Russia.

 

On 27 February at their meeting at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Chairman of “Dom.RF” JSC Aleksey Nidens discussed issues of cooperation in the development of residential construction and infrastructural projects, implementation of mortgage state-supported programmes and further development of private housing construction.
