On 28 March, speaking at a session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated current members and old stagers of the regional parliament with its 30th anniversary and said: “
30th anniversary of Tatarstan State Council is a milestone event for the whole republic.”
He said that these 30 years witnessed the establishment of the reliable legal foundation of parliamentarism, and traditions of high professionalism, responsibility and unity. “These principles have become an inseparable part of work of members of all convocations, having preserved succession of generations,” the Rais of the republic emphasized.  

On 27 March at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the capital of Russia, and Russian Minister of Construction and Housing Utilities Sector Irek Fayzullin discussed preparation of a meeting of the regional State Council Commissionо in the sphere of Infrastructure for Life, which Rustam Minnikhanov is the head of on an errand from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On March 26, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gazprom Spg Tekhnologii Company Aleksey Kakhidze discussed the issues of further cooperation on the production and marketing of liquefied natural gas.

On March 26, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director of the Red Square motorbike club Sergey Pisarenko discussed the issues of further cooperation and organization of joint events.

On March 23, in the Kazan City Hall, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Heads of all regions of the Volga Federal District took part in a meeting of the Council by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, which discussed the implementation of the state migration policy and socio-cultural adaptation of migrants in the regions of the district.

On 24 March at the Tatneft-Arena ice sports palace in Kazan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with athletes and coaches of the Ak Bars hockey team on the eve of the KHL (Kontinental Hockey League) play-off season 2024-2025 - the Gagarin Cup competition 2025.

On 22 March, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Lenar Garipov reported about top dressing of winter crops, the spring crops seeds supply situation and the weather forecast for spring field work.

On 22 March, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Human Rights Ombudsman of the republic Sariya Saburskaya informed about results of work of population feedback digital platforms in the first three months of 2025.
