Speaking at a regional videoconference meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the regional Minister of Land and Property Relations Fanil Agliullin has reported about implementation of the budget, particularly of revenues from operations of state and municipal property and decreasing debts in land and property rent payments.

Speaking at a regional videoconference meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of the republic Aleksey Frolov has reported about implementation of social facilities capital overhaul programmes in the republic.

On 28 October at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is also the Chairman of the Council of Trustees of the Regional Revival Fund and the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and the Director of the Department in Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rinat Alyautdinov discussed certain issues of cooperation in the spheres of culture, education and historical heritage.

On October 27, residents of the city of Innopolis, as well as employees of Atomdata-Innopolis, a subsidiary of the Rosenergoatom concern (part of the electric power division of the Rosatom State Corporation), planted 63 coniferous trees and 50 shrubs. The total area planted was 3,700 square meters.

On October 26, Innopolis started the All-Russian Championship “Digital Breakthrough. Season: Artificial Intelligence”, one of the projects of the Presidential Platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”, where during a month of online training the strongest programmers will create working solutions for Innopolis University, Sheremetyevo International Airport, the Russian Post and compete for the prize fund of 3 million roubles.

On 25 October, speaking at a briefing in the Government house of the republic, the Head of the Russian Pension Fund Department in Tatarstan Eduard Vafin informed that a discriminative approach will be used for defining the universal allowance amount in 2023, which will depend on the per capita income of a family.

Following a meeting of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Supervisory Board held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the regional Cabinet of Ministers on 17 October, Transnational Power Company Gazprom VNIIGAS has become a partner of the SEZ and is planning to establish a center of competences for interaction with scientific organizations and IT companies of Tatarstan.

On October 24, Tatarstan State Counselor, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation and the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition “Light comes from the East”, which presents artworks created under the All-Russian Plein Air dedicated to the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria.

On 21 October, speaking at a ceremony of honoring the female grass hockey team “Ak Bars-Dinamo”, which won gold medals in Russian Championship Super League, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the athletes and workers of the club and said: “Brilliant skills, team spirit and strive to win are the key of your long awaited victory The highest achievements of the team are a result of well-planned and targeted work of employees of the club”. He thanked the administration, players and coaches of the team headed by Valentina Apelganets, Tatarstan Grass Hockey Federation, the club sponsor Ak-Bars Bank and the Dinamo Sports Society.

On 21 October, reporting about results of the current harvest campaign at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government house of the republic, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zayabbarov reported about the progress rate of industrial crops harvest.
