On 7 October, speaking at the XIV International Scientific Applied Conference “Health Architecture – MES 2022” held on the sidelines of the II International Construction Competition in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that for years of its existence the MES conference has proved its high efficiency and worth and has become a key platform for Volga Federal District for exchange of knowledge and experience in engineering and information technologies used at healthcare faculties. 

On 6 October at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian First Deputy Minister of Justice Yevgeniy Zbarchuk and Russian Deputy Minister of Justice Oleg Sviridenko, who came to Kazan to take part in All-Russia scientific conference “Interaction of power bodies with non-commercial organizations”,  discussed a number of joint work issues, including the implementation of the Justice Quarters project, which is a set of administrative buildings to house Department of Russian Ministry of Justice in Tatarstan, Legal Support Centers and the Center for Facilitation of civic initiatives

On 5 October addressing participants at the opening ceremony of the II International Construction Competition, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said :”We are very glad to host such event” and reminded that the Kazan Expo complex was built especially for hosting 45th WorldSkills Competition in 2019.

On 5 October during his visit to Tatarstan exposition at the All-Russia Gold Autumn 2022 agricultural exhibition, the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin  listened to the report from Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who told him about main economic indicators of agribusiness of the republic.

On October 5, at the agro-industrial exhibition «Golden Autumn 2022», Director General of Rosagroleasing Company Pavel Kosov handed in the official symbol of the Russian Open Plow Championship – a plow to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

On 5 October, congratulating the men’s grass hockey club Dinamo-Ak Bars with the title of champion of Russia -2022 in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Team spirit and supreme skills and desire to achieve maximum results have brought you another victory. This success have become a 20th jubilee for the team and a record in the history of Russian sports.

On October 4, speaking at the solemn event held at the Kazan Kremlin and dedicated to the International Teacher’s Day, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the teaching profession is one of the most prestigious and respected. By their work and personal example, teachers lay the foundation of our future.

On October 3, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Consul General of Turkmenistan to Kazan Guych Garayev discussed the issues of further cooperation and other pressing issues.

Minnikhanov emphasized that Tatarstan and Turkmenistan have many joint interests, and the activity of the Consulate General is aimed at strengthening mutually beneficial ties and contacts. Tatarstan President Garayev a good job.
