On November 14, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with participation of Aide to the President of the republic Olesya Baltusova, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Leyla Fazleeva, Rector of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering Rashit Nizamov and other officials on the preservation and development of the historical centre of the city of Chistopol.

On November 12, speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the main task of the authorities in today’s difficult conditions is to care for citizens.

On 11 November, speaking at his meeting in the Kazan Kremlin with the Head of the Republic of Tuva Vladislav Khovalyg, who came on a working visit to Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that enterprises of the republic are very much interested in ramping up cooperation with such Russian region as Tuva.

On 11 November, speaking at a ceremonial meeting dedicated to 25th anniversary of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company held in the Kazan City Hall with participation of Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas and the Gazprom Gasification companies Sergey Gustov, Head of the Gazprom Department Vladimir Markov and the Acting Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company Aydar Tagirov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated  that for many years the GAZPROM has been a reliable partner of Tatarstan in various spheres such as machine-building, petrochemicals, gas motor fuel, geophysics and scientific-industrial and education spheres. 

On 11 November at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of Gazprom Mezhregiongas Sergey Gustov and Head of the Gazprom Department Vladimir Markov, who came on a working visit to Kazan to take part in celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company,   discussed issues of further implementation of the programme of completing gasification in the region and a number of other joint projects together with the Gazprom Mezhregiongas.

On 9 November, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the Coşkunöz Holding (Turkey) A. Erdem Acay discussed issues of further development of cooperation and future promising joint projects.

On 9 November, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chief Scientific Officer of the Federal Coal and Coal Chemistry Research Center of the Siberia Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences Zinfer Ismagilov discussed issues of cooperation in chemistry and petrochemicals, development of industrial ecology and interaction in the sphere of science and education.

On 8 November, speaking at his meeting in the Kazan Kremlin with the Co-chairman of the Ibn Haldun University Trustees Council, the President of the World Ethnosport Confederation Necmeddin Bilal Erdogan, who came on working visit to Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that current contacts at all levels always give a good impetus for the development of cooperation aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Russia and Turkey.

On 8 November, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the Director General of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding Rafinat Yarullin, Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko informed that in the first six months of the current year the foreign trade turnover of the republic has grown by 14 per cent compared to the same period last year and reached 9.6bn dollars.
