On 1 October, speaking at a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the Day of Machine-building Workers held in Naberezhnyye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that by the results of the eight months of 2022 the industrial production index in machine building made 103 per cent and the amount of shipped products exceeded 500bn roubles in the republic.

On 1 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny to take part in the events dedicated to the Day of Machine-building Workers.

Upon his arrival, Rustam Minnikhanov went to the testing grounds of the KAMAZ Automaker designed for testing the newly developed cars steerability and stability, testing brakes and vehicle reliability as well as the electronic control systems, АDАS-systems and robotic vehicles.

On 1 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by local Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, Head of the President’s Office Asgat Safarov, Director General of the Kazan Agribusiness Park Oleg Vlasov and other officials visited the agricultural fair at the Kazan Agribusiness Park, where he looked round the range of agricultural products including seasonal vegetables and meat products brought from Baltasi, Nurlat and Saby regions and talked to marketers.

Speaking at a regional meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov  with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the local State Council Farid Mukhametshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin has reported that the main part of the programme of capital refurbishment of social and cultural facilities and engineering infrastructure of multi-apartment houses has been either completed or is at the final stage.

On 1 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin on behalf of the government of the republic and himself congratulated old stagers with the International Day of Older Persons.

In his congratulatory address, Aleksey Pesoshin said: “People have always been the main wealth of our country. And our traditions are based on respect to older generation. I sincerely thank you for your selfless labour which made it possible for our republic to become one of the leading regions in our country in social and economic development.”

On September 30, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with meets Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, curator of the Volga Federal District Dmitry Chernyshenko.

On September 30, the Popov Technopark in the city of Innopolis hosted the second day of the Kazan International Legal Forum "Right to the Right" with participation of representatives of legal, business communities and state authorities from different regions of Russia.

On September 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Turkey to take part in the World Nomadic Games opening ceremony together with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov.

The World Nomadic Games is the largest international project uniting Turkic-speaking countries and aimed at reviving and preserving their culture.

On 28 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a ceremony of opening Rauza Mosque in Kazan.

On 28 September at their hybrid meeting, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the administration of the non-governmental development institute Innopraktica and the ANCO Innovational Engineering Center discussed issues of organizing import replacement and cooperation of the companies with enterprises of the republic.
