On 31 January, speaking at a regular meeting of the Tatneftekhiminvest Holding Board held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Director General of the holding Rafinat Yarullin reported about results of work of oil, gas and chemical enterprises of the republic in 2022.

On January 30, at the Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials took part in in a farewell ceremony for Tatarstan Minister of Health Marat Sadykov.

On 27 January, speaking at a videoconference meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, regional First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations Artur Galiyev reported about implementation of the programme of National System of Spatial Data and filling them into the Unified State Register of Immovable Property.  

On 27 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of beginning the construction of the third stage of the OZON-Volga Company wholesale-distribution center , which is one of the key company hubs in the Volga region and is located in the Zelenodolsk Advanced Development Zone of the  republic.

On 27 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working trip to Zelenodolsk municipality to take part in a solemn ceremony of beginning the construction of the third stage of the OZON-Volga Company wholesale-distribution center

On 27 January at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board and Director of the Roscongress Fund Aleksandr Stuglev discussed cooperation in exhibition, fair and congress activities and prospects of future joint projects. 

On January 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the multimedia exhibition “Ukraine. At the turn of the epochs”, organized in the historical park "Russia - my history". Ten thematic exhibition halls cover a large historical period from the founding of the Old Russian state to today's events.

On 26 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the first meeting of the Tatarstan State Council spring session held by the Chairman of the Council Farid Mukhametshin.

On January 26, the State Council of Tatarstan supported the appeal of the Government of the republic on the establishment of a pilot legal regime in the sphere of digital innovations for the operation of unmanned aerial systems in Innopolis.

On 25 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited soldiers treated at the Russian Defense Ministry Kazan military hospital where he attended several wards to access conditions created for the treatment of soldiers and talked to the military, who expressed their gratitude to medical workers for their care and provided treatment. He was also informed about the full stock of medications and disposables at the hospital.
