Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a meeting of the Council by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District

On 24 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part (by the videoconference format) in a meeting of the Council by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District held by the Envoy Igor Komarov in Nizhniyy Novgorod.

Participants of the meeting - Russian Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection  Magomed Abdulkhalimov, the Deputy Ministers of Industry and Trade of the country Aleksey Besprozvannykh and Kirill Lysogorskiy, heads of regions of the district , the administration of the Russian General Prosecutor's Office in the district and representatives of scientific and business communities discussed main issues of the meeting related to implementation of measures and coordination of work of power bodies in solving tasks of providing uninterrupted functioning of defense enterprises in the Volga Federal District.

In his welcoming speech, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov emphasized work of leading defense enterprises of the district, Igor Komarov told about  a working group organized for facilitation of uninterrupted work of defense enterprises and stated main spheres where the power bodies of the district regions can facilitate and support those enterprises , including utility connection to infrastructural facilities, issuing permission for construction and commission of facilities and facilitation of implementation of investments projects. The Presidential Envoy said that main attention should be attached to defense enterprises human capital provision.

The Governor of Nizhniy Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin told participants of the meeting about the regional experience and Deputy Envoy Aleksey Kuzmitskiy told about concepts and main spheres of activity of the district group.
