Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a meeting of the Presidential working group on strategic development and national projects

On 1 October, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who is the Chairman of the Commission of the Russian State Council in the sphere of “Infrastructure for life” took part via videoconference in a meeting of the working group of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, where its participants discussed issues of implementation of the national goal “The comfortable and safe environment for life” and provision of the long-term development of the transport complex. 

Reporting about implementation of the project, Russian Minister of Construction Irek Fayzullin told that the Ministry is responsible for five national projects all of which are aimed at achievement of indicators of the national development goal and tasks set forth by the Russian President. 

Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that a meeting of the Commission held a day earlier discussed the preparation, the structure and key parameters of the national project “The Infrastructure for Life” under development.

In his speech the Rais of Tatarstan also named a number of tasks for implementation of errands from the Head of the state, such as improvement of life quality in cities and villages, the development of road and transport infrastructure, raising the housing affordability , modernization of the housing utilities sector as well as further work in development of the comfortable city environment.
