On 27 September  in the morning the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working trip to Turkmenistan where he was invited as the guest of honor of celebrations of the Day of Independence of Turkmenistan, had a meeting with the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (The People's Council of Turkmenistan) Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, who, welcoming his guest, said: “I am rather happy to welcome you on the hospitable land of Turkmenistan as the Leader of Tatarstan and would also like to congratulate you with having won the elections of the Rais of the republic.”
He stated that the visit to Turkmenistan right after taking office underlines the high level of bilateral relations and thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for his congratulations and warm wishes on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan having gained the independence.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow reminded that for many years leading companies of Tatarstan successfully work in Turkmenistan.
In his turn Rustam Minikhanov thanked Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow for his support given to all joint projects.

On 27 in his congratulatory address to machine building workers and old stagers of the branch of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with their professional holiday and wrote: “The Day of the Machine Worker is the honor and acknowledgement of your work which plays the most important role in the development of economy and techniques of the republic. You create innovative solutions and reliable machines which serve for the benefit of the society. Your knowledge, perseverance and patience help the republic to go ahead, overcoming all hardships.

On 27 September, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that the readiness of social and cultural facilities to the heating season in the republic has reached 100 per cent.

On 26 September, speaking at a meeting which Russian President Vladimir Putin held via videoconference with heads of 21 Russian entities who won elections on 14 September,  the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his sincere gratitude for the attention and continuous support given by the Head of the state to regions of the country and the republic.

On 26 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov went on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny to take part in events celebrating the Day of Machine Builder to be held in the Organ Hall of the city.

On 25 September Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced Ilya Nachvin, who was appointed the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic to the staff of the Ministry.

On 24 September the Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the XХI session of the Advisory Council of Heads of state power bodies managing public material reserves in the CIS Member States held by the Head of the Federal Agency for State Reserves (Rosrzerve) Dmitry Gogin in Kazan.

On 23 September, speaking at a meeting of the organizing committee on preparation of the International Forum “Russia-the Islamic world: KazanForum”  held by the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin in Moscow with all responsible ministries, directorates and number of Russian regions taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head ) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  said: ”We can see the growing interest of domestic and foreign colleagues to the International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic world: KazanForum” the aim of which is to be a point of meeting, a dialogue and cooperation of our country and the Islamic world.”

On 22 September the Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a start to the implementation of a large scale project of construction of the specialized Archery Center in Kazan which marks an important stage in the development of the sports infrastructure of the city and the republic.
