On 9 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Kazan Public Transport Enterprise №2 where he was shown new buses which will be used at the city routes and listened to the reports about the development of public and the city electric transport in Kazan.

On 8 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with his wife Gulsina attended the first night of Hamlet performance in Kazan Academic Russian Drama theatre named after Kachalov. 

On 8 October at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the regional Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova, the Rais (Head ) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the executive board of the Bozdag Film Mehmet Bozdağ  discussed issues of the development of cooperation in implementation of joint projects. 

On 8 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Director General of the New Age TV and Radio Company Ilshat Aminov and the Head of the regional Agency for Printing and Mass Communications Tatmedia Aydar Salimgarayev got acquainted with work of the new studio of virtual and augmented reality of the TNV television channel. 

On 8 October at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the All-Russia Dance Sport, Brake Dance and Acrobatic Rock-n-Roll Federation Nadezhda Yerastova discussed issues of the development and promotion of these kinds of sports. Thus, currently 420 people are doing dance sport, 500 – brake dance and 570 – acrobatic rock-n-roll in the republic. There are numerous clubs working in Kazan, Naberezhnyye Chelny, Almetyevsk and other cities of the republic. 

On 7 October the Rais (Head) of TAtarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the aid to the Rais of the republic Olesya Baltusova and the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin  visited a number of facilities in the historical center of Kazan.

On 5 October, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities of the republic taking part in it via videoconference, the regional First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov reported that farmers of the republic continue harvesting of rapes, sunflower, sugar beet, potatoes and other vegetables.

On 5 October, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities of the republic taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reminded that one national project and 4 regional programmes which include 185 various branch facilities are being implemented in Tatarstan and this is the most large scale sphere both in the number of facilities and the amount of financing.

On 5 October, speaking at a regular meeting held in the Government House of the republic with heads of all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov reminded that today Russia celebrates the Teacher’s Day and that it is a wonderful reason to express our gratitude to our teachers.

On 4 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, the Director General of the KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin and the Mayor of Naberezhnyye Chelny Nail Magdeedv took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the Day of Machine-building Worker held in the Organ Hall in Naberezhnyye Chelny.
