On November 15, at their meeting in Kazan on the sidelines of the II Russia-China Cooperation Forum ROSTKI, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim discussed the issues of further development of cooperation between the republic and one of the largest marketplaces of the country, in particular, the creation of an industrial park where the production of the most demanded goods will be organized.
On November 15, in Kazan on the sidelines of the II International Russia-China Cooperation Forum ROSTKI, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the Uralsib Bank Evgeniy Kogan signed a cooperation agreement between Government of Tatarstan and the Bank, which is aimed at interaction and joint work on the implementation of priority national, federal, industry and regional projects and programmes that contribute to the formation of a favorable investment climate in Tatarstan, increasing the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the region, as well as increasing the level of well-being of the population.
On 14 November the Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced to employees of the Civil Registry Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic their new Head Elvira Akhmetova who was appointed to the position by a decree signed on 14 November. Aleksey Pesoshin briefly informed the staff of the Directorate with Akhmetova’s professional experience and said he is sure that Elvira Akhmetova will make a good job of the task set forth to her, including strengthening the institute of the family and traditional values.
In her turn Elvira Akhmetove thanked the Rais and the Administration of the republic for high trust rendered to her.

On 13 November in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with a delegation from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, which came on a working trip to Kazan headed by the CCP committee deputy secretary of the Region, Chairman of the Xinjiang industrial-construction corps He Zhongyou, who is also the Chairman of the Board of the China Xinjian Group.

On 13 November at their meeting in St Petersburg the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Gazprom Company Aleksey Miller discussed projects implemented by the Company in the republic.
On November 12, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of Tatarstan, the participants discussed, what the authorities of Tatarstan expect from the 2nd International Forum "ROSTKI", dedicated to cooperation between Russia and China, which will be held in Kazan this week. In addition to the business programme, a fruitful cultural programme is also planned.
On 12 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came to a working trip to Moscow to take part in a strategic session on development of a united plan on achievement of national development goals till 2030 and till 2036 held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin.
