On 22 December during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk , the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov opened a new ice palace which comprises an indoors skating rink with artificial ice, a gym and four cloak rooms. The palace also has a medical doctor’s room, procedure room, two rooms for coaches and rooms for judges.
On 22 December upon his arrival on a working trip to Almetyesvk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the educational-lab edifice of the Higher Oil School campus.
After presentation of the Technological Research Center with the stands dedicated to Petrochemical equipment and Machine-building technologies, Energy Audit and ITS, which demonstrated the existing developments, Rustam Minnikhanov was also shown the lab of oil and gas production equipment with an interactive table and a lab of machine details and mechanisms and machine theory.
On 24 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov checked the quality of the toll highway Alekseyevskoye – Almetyevsk, which will be 145 kilometers long and is planned to be completed by October 2024.
On 21 December at 1st May Square in Kazan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhamov met participants of a rally “From the Kremlin to the Kremlin” which opened traffic on the federal speed highway M-12 “East”, coming from Moscow to Kazan.
On 21 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhamov, Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Marat Khusnullin, the Chairman of the Avtodor Company Board Vyacheslav Petushenko and heads of regions took part in launching traffic on the speed highway M12 “East”.

On 21 December a meeting of the regional Commission on Prevention and Mitigation of Emergencies and Fire Prevention held in the Government House of the republic by Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, discussed measures on providing comprehensive safety of population during New Year and Christmas celebrations.
