On April 2, speaking at a round-table meeting with the participation of the Dutch business community, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working visit in the Kingdom of Netherlands, expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Netherlands for supporting joint projects and initiatives.

On April 2, during his working visit to the Netherlands, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the High Tech Campus, where he got acquainted with one of its residents Signify Company, the world leader in the area of LED lighting systems, solutions, software and services. The company was established by withdrawing from Royal Philips in May 2016. Its former name is Philips Lighting.

On April 2, in the High Tech Campus (Brainpoint Eindhoven region of the Netherlands), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Secretary General of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Netherlands Maarten Camps.

On April 2, during his working visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Philips Healthcare Innovation Centre located in the city of Best and being a presentation venue for high-tech innovations.

Minnikhanov got acquainted with the center’s activity, focused on researching of a healthy lifestyle, increasing life expectancy, collecting information about health of people and processing the information received.

On April 2, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with the research supervisor of the Institute of General History of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Chairman of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Teachers of History and Social Science", academician Alexander Chubaryan.

On April 2, during his working visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov will visit Philips Healthcare Innovation Centre, where presentations on Healthy Lifestyle, Prevention, Diagnostics, Treatment and Home Care will be held and negotiations with senior managers of Philips Company will take place.

On April 1, after the meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on establishing new multilingual educational complexes in the republic, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Minister of Education and Science of the republic Rafis Burganov, Rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov and Principle of Secondary School No. 165 Aidar Shamsutdinov took part in a briefing dedicated to this topic.

On April 1, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the First Channel Worldwide Network Aleksey Efimov, Deputy Director General – Head of the regional department of the All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) Rifat Sabitov and Advisor to the Director General of the First Channel Alexander Ilyin discussed holding of the Main Characters children's festival in Kazan.

On March 31, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the Kingdom of Bahrain, visited the Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP).
