On March 13, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on construction of the first multilingual educational complex “Adymnar – the pathway to knowledge and harmony” in Kazan.

On March 12, during his working visit to Izhevsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a joint meeting of the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District on additional measures to ensure road safety, as well as on diversifying the production of high-tech civilian products at defence enterprises located in the Volga Federal District.

On March 12, during his working visit to Izhevsk (the capital of the Udmurt Republic, Russian region), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Izhmash Museum, with the history dating back to 1827 and introducing the rich history of the Izhevsk Armory, nowadays, the Kalashnikov Concern, with a total of 430 samples of small arms and bladed weapons and more than two dozen motorcycles produced previously at the enterprise.

On March 12, in Izhevsk (the capital of the Udmurt Republic), speaking at the Council meeting on implementation of measures aimed at identification, support and development abilities and talents of children and young people and their personnel promotion in the regions of the Volga Federal District, chaired by Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said Tatarstan traditionally puts much emphasis on work with talented young people.

On March 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Izhevsk (the capital of the Udmurt Republic, Russian region) to take part in the Council meeting under Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District on implementation of measures aimed at identification, support and development abilities and talents of children and young people and their personnel promotion.

On March 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights Boris Titov, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the 11th extended meeting of the Tatarstan Presidential Council on entrepreneurship, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov also taking part in the meeting.

On March 11, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director of the Endowment Fund of the National University of Science and Technology "MISiS" (the NUST "MISiS") Nurlat Kiyasov discussed possible areas of cooperation.

On March 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram of congratulations to Tatarstan skier Khristina Matsokina, President of Cross-Country Ski Federation of Russia Elena Vyalbe, President of the Tatarstan Federation of Ski Race and Biathlon Ilshat Fardiev, member of the presidium of Cross-Country Ski Federation of Russia, Head coach of Tatarstan national teams Eduard Galeev and Rector of the Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism Yusup Yakubov.

On March 8, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Physical Culture, Sport, Tourism and Youth Affairs Mikhail Degtyarev discussed issues related to the implementation of youth policy, including as part of the preparation for the WorldSkills Competition to be held in Kazan in August 2019.
