Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the iftar at the Memorial Mosque in Moscow

On May 30, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the iftar in the "Ramadan's Tent" at the Memorial Mosque.

Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia, Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia Ravil khazrat Gainutdin addressed the believers.

In his turn, Minnikhanov also welcomed the guests and wished everyone welfare. He stressed the importance of such gathering and also thanked Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development and Construction Marat Khusnullin, who attended the event, for the attention the Moscow authorities are rendering to the needs of Muslims.

Today's evening was dedicated to the Tatar enlightener Shigabutdin Mardzhani. All those present were told about the life of the great Tatar scientist and thinker, his faith and educational activities.
