On April 29, in the Moscow Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin handed over gold medals of the Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation to five Russian citizens for their outstanding achievements in state and public work.

On April 27, as part of events dedicated to the 370-th anniversary of the fire brigade of Russia, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the official opening of the reconstructed fire and rescue unit No. 48 of the rescue team No. 7 of the Federal Fire-Fighting Service.  This is the only unit in the republic where an airmobile group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is located.
