Rustam Minnikhanov meets the winner of All-Russian Management Contest “Leaders of Russia” Rustem Gumerov

On May 31, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the winner of All-Russian Management Contest “Leaders of Russia” Rustem Gumerov.

Since 2018, Minnikhanov is a mentor of the Leaders of Russia Contest.

“Leaders of Russia” is a project aimed at developing a system of social elevators in the country. The aim of the contest is to identify, develop and support promising managers with a high level of leadership qualities and managerial competencies.

Gumerov was one of 104 winners of the 2018-2019 contest.

During the meeting, Gumerov told the President about further plans and career prospects.
