On 7 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who came on a working trip to the municipality of Yelabuga to take part in a meeting of the municipality council on results of social and economic development of the region in 2021 and tasks for 2022, visited regional waste water treatment facilities of the Special Economic Zone of Alabuga and the city of Yelabuga.

On February 5, at a regular Saturday meeting in the Government House of the republic, the results of the 9th Regional Contest among municipalities, enterprises and organizations for the best New Year's event and festive decoration were summed up.

Speaking at a videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic on 22 January, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported about main results of work of the livestock section in 2021. Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin also took part in the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic held by President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin has said that the multi-apartment houses capital overhaul program will include 769 living houses in the current year and will need  financing of 6bn 441m roubles.

On 5 February, speaking about work of the healthcare system during the pandemic and further measures of fighting COVID-19 at a traditional Saturday meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhnov said that there was a serious incidence growth in the republic. Even though 2 400 out of 4 000 beds for infectious patients in the hospitals are still unoccupied, “the healthcare system is working under immense pressure. There are many those sick among medical workers,” he said and added that the question of stuffing level is under constant monitoring. 

Answering questions from representatives of mass media, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, who was on a working visit to Kazan, has said the decision of the Russian President to return to production of TU-160 plane with new design is quite timely.

On 4 February Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, who came on a working visit to Kazan, visited the Khimgrad technopolis - a modern industrial chemical park with a total area of 131 hectares. The site comprises 360 companies including seven of them with a foreign capital share.

On February 4, at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Leila Fazleeva chaired an extended meeting of the operational headquarters to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection in the republic, held in a videoconference format with all municipal regions of Tatarstan.
